Pineapple Chi Chi

Ingredients:-
1 1/2 oz. Skyy Infusions Pineapple vodka-
2 oz. Coconut Milk-
2 oz. Unsweetened Pineapple Juice-
1/2 oz. Cane Sugar Syrup
Garnish: pineapple and cherry

Shake all ingredients and serve with ice in a coconut glass. Garnish with pineapple and cherry. Add an umbrella and straw. (Cocktail created by Mixologist Barbie Caruso at Luau, Beverly Hills CA)

January Signature Drink:Watermelon Champagne Sangria

Hello again, I hope that you all have had a wonderful Christmas and looking forward to a great New Years. Well you know me…its time for another Signature Drink.

I love a fruity drink and here’s a good one from Cocktailtimes.com

Ingredients: (Makes 6 drinks)
2 cups chopped seedless watermelon
1 seedless orange, peeled and broken into sections
2 bananas, peeled and sliced just before making the sangria
1 cup seedless grapes, cut into halves
1 bottle Champagne

Toss the fruit together and divide among champagne glasses. Pour the champagne over and serve.

December Signature Drink

The Holidays are upon us and there is nothing like a great drink amoung friends and family. Here’s one from TheCocktailTimes.com

Apple Cinnamon Toast

Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 oz. Smirnoff Green Apple Twist vodka
- 1/2 oz. Goldschlager
- Dash of Green Apple Jell-O
- Sliced Apple on top
- Cinnamon Rim
- Garnish with Cinnamon stick, apple slice

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with cinnamon. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slice.

2008 Election Cocktails

So I get an alert on the ole Blackberry this morning…new mail. And its a email from one of my fav sites, Cocktailtimes.com and the headliner:

Pear Cardamom Flip

Todays drink came to me via Cocktailtimes.com and I love fruity drinks. Enjoy!

1 tsp Clear Creek Pear Brandy
1 ripe USA Pear, divided
8 medium sized mint leaves
1 tsp huckleberry liqueur
2 dashes orange bitters
3/4 oz pear-cardamom syrup
11/2 oz light rum
3/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 oz fresh ginger juice
1 large egg white

Dice 1/4 of the pear into 1/4″ cubes. Place in rocks glass with huckleberry liqueur, mint and brandy. Stir. Cut another 1/4 of the pear into large chunks. Place in mixing tin. Add bitters and syrup. Muddle to completely break down pear. Add ice, rum, lemon juice, ginger juice and egg white. Shake for 30 seconds. Add ice cubes to rocks glass. Strain cocktail into rocks glass. Garnish with a paper thin slice of pear atop froth.Pear-Cardamom Syrup:- 1 cup granulated sugar- 1 cup water- 1/2 USA Pear, shaved with vegetable peeler- 1 tsp ground cardamomBring sugar and water to boil in small pot. Remove from heat and add pear and cardamom. Cover and let sit for 20 minutes. Strain and chill. (Created by Daniel Braun, Chef/Owner, OliverÕs Twist Seattle, WA)

California Love..the drink

Ok Im a big fan of cute drinks even though Im always looking for the non alcohol version. But this one caught my eye. One, because I love my state and two its just looks cute.

Its California Peach Sangria

Dont that look yummy?!? Try this for your end of summer parties

Ingredients: (Makes 6 Servings)
1 (750ml) bottle Sauvignon Blanc, chilled
1 cup peach puree (about 2 medium peaches)
1/2 cup Marie Brizard Peach liqueur
1 tbsp sugar
1 peach, pitted and thinly sliced
4 lime slices
Garnish: mint sprigs

Stir together the wine, peach puree and peach liqueur in a large pitcher. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add fruit slices, pressing against the side of the pitcher with a large spoon to release some of the juices. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours. Serve in tall glasses over ice, garnished with mint sprigs.

October Signature Drink … Jack O Tini

October…the month of Halloween. Dont know if you partake in the Halloween festivities but if your throwing an adult party, try this months signature drink for all your Halloween guests. Taken from the Cocktail Times

Ingredients:
2 oz Stoli vodka

1/4 oz pumpkin puree

1 tsp lemon juice

2 oz orange juice

Place a large soup pot filled with water on the stove to boil. Carve the tops from the pumpkins and set aside. Scope out the interior and seeds, leaving a think shell. Discard the seeds and flesh, or use in another recipe. Place the pumpkins in the boiling water and boil for about a minute. Remove and drain. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into the pumpkin. Serve with a black straw.
